My 7 year old son and I are in the area visiting. After 2 days of him complaining he didn’t feel good and not wanting to even get up I took him to the Stuttgart ER. Our experience from the beginning was great. The receptionist was amazing, she was friendly and helpful. The wait was very short. Our nurse Tracey was absolutely amazing with my son. She took exceptional care of him, with the help of Brandon. Dr. Purvis was on call while we were there. He too was kind and knowledgeable. After diagnosis and starting an antibiotic my son is feeling better the next day. My 7 year old son said “this hospital is great, they treat you like family here”. Before we left he made sure we found his nurse Tracey to tell her thank you for taking care of him and getting the medicine to start killing the germs in his body. Thank you to the staff that made what could have been a scary experience a good one.

There is noting good I could say about this hospital, I’ve been there many times with my mother and the last time I went I had to park the car and when I got back in the hospital they tried to draw her blood ( mind you she was unconscious) and had blood all over the sheets and covering her arm and shirt. Another past time I was there she passed out in the parking lot and it took 15 minutes for them to get someone outside to help me get her off the ground. One of those times she was there from having a mini stroke and they tried saying she was having a panic attack just because it has been on her record before. This hospital is ca complete joke and should be shut down. I could be on my death bed and would still never go to this hospital!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

This place is a joke full of incompetence like most health places in AR. Why is it so hard to get the help I need, they never did much to help with my pain & making me wait in the lobby now when I'm still in pain. They never addressed a second issue I had that could end up being life-threatening if not looked into. Incompetence all around.

The emergency department is a joke and seriously should be closed down or re-evaluated to continue care. I’m new to the area and my 6 year old has seizures and had to take him there twice and seriously, they know nothing about pediatric care and don’t even have medical equipment necessary for a child. I myself had to go there and they didn’t have the medical equipment necessary to thoroughly check my condition either. I feel bad for the people whose outcome could’ve gone better/differently had this hospital been better equipped and staffed. The staff all have don’t care attitudes, especially the doctors.

The women operating the lab in the hospital are nothing short of exceptional. I was in a very vulnerable state and it was part of the reason I was getting labs done. Ariel and Zandria were the two women I saw every other day for labs and they were compassionate, welcoming, and obviously excelled in their skills. I am a provider myself for another hospital and I am big on no matter where you go, give credit where it is deserved. These ladies earned it. Thank you!
