Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:54 AMI cannot recommend Henderson Wellness Clinic. Based on a patient’s account shared with me and written clinic correspondence I personally received, I have serious concerns about its leadership and handling of patient complaints. The patient reported that Chris, the clinic’s director, tossed papers toward her during a disagreement. The papers did not strike her. She described the interaction as disrespectful and reported that her established relationship with the clinic subsequently ended, leaving her seeking another provider on short notice. I did not witness that interaction. What I personally received was the email exchange that followed—and those responses are a major reason I am speaking out. The patient raised specific concerns about prescription continuity, transferring medical records, and a disputed charge. The clinic directed further communication through a law firm. It then stated that it would include reviews the patient had written about other medical clinics as evidence of a “pattern of behavior.” I found that response dismissive and deeply unprofessional. Bringing up someone’s reviews of unrelated businesses does not explain how their transition of care will be handled. It does not resolve a billing question. It does not answer a request for records. The clinic has publicly disputed the patient’s account and alleged inappropriate and threatening conduct. Those allegations are contested. I am not claiming that a court or regulator has established wrongdoing. The complete evidence deserves an independent review. The clinic’s website promotes compassionate, personalized care and ongoing medication management. In my opinion, the correspondence I received falls well short of the professionalism those promises lead patients to expect. Compassion should be visible in how an organization handles a difficult interaction—not merely in its advertising. The patient has also described positive experiences with other staff. My criticism concerns the reported leadership conduct and the written handling of this complaint. It is not an accusation against every person who works there. For me, the clinic’s responses have undermined trust. I will not recommend this business, and I encourage my friends and family to consider another provider. Patients deserve clear answers and respectful treatment when they raise concerns. This is a call to make an informed choice about where to seek care. Please do not harass employees or post reviews about experiences you did not personally have.
