Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 7:37 PMJan `09 this clinic “found” cavities by X-ray and I was pressured to “have them filled ASAP before they break out”. This seemed fishy for several reasons and I insited to hold off for a while. The while has grown to 16 years. I have never had a cavity. This diagnosis is proven wrong. New Coleman has now denied me service, kicked me out as a patient for not wanting more of their useless and misleading X-rays. His words why X-rays are essential: 1)One dentist can see a mouth full of cavities in them and another none. (??!! reason against is reason for) 2)X-rays are the ONLY technique ever to find cavities (appearance, softness, sensation, the use of which goes back centuries, Fauchard’s book in1728 - all imagination) He further said X-rays expire. ??!! One would have thought since cavities grow, more time proves more strongly my X-ray was wrong. Nope. Again up is down and down is up and cavities go away by themselves. Quackery, at best. But of course filling nonexistent cavities makes a lot of $$$, and people get hooked on receiving it, and will say crazy things to maintain that flow.
