Monterey Park Hospital exceeded my expectations. I was transferred here by Arcadia USC which conducted a CT which was not necessary. I had a great stay during the first evening and Dr. Kalikian was very helpful. Would like management to increase his ratings as a doctor.
Overall it was a good, efficient, compassionate experience from the ER greeting security guard to the inpatient stay nurses. The staff was very attentive and made my 80 years old mother feel safe, Dr. Levine and Patel listened carefully and made my mother feel at ease, they were knowledgeable, thorough, clear. I wish I knew all of the staff names, they were all very kind and compassionate.
Great experience from start to finish. Wonderful and caring staff. Procedure went smoothly and was even offered a complimentary Lyft ride home. I felt warmly and competently cared for!
There employees there are amazing. They went above and beyond for me and i can never thank them enough. Just amazing staff all around. Highly recommend them
The hospital saved my wife's life after she was admitted with appendicitis. The staff acted quickly and did everything they could. I am beyond grateful to everyone involved—the nurses, admissions team, doctors, security, cleaning staff, and administrators. They were incredibly compassionate and human throughout it all.
