Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 11:05 PMDear Dr Fujisawa I would like to offer my sincere gratitude and thanks to you and the staff of the Yaesugai Medical Centre for your caring and prompt attention upon my visit on 29th of October for a severe chest cough. Upon taking the prescribed medication I felt much better and I was able to enjoy my final week of the holiday in Tokyo I have now returned to Australia and my treating doctor has given me the all clear Thankyou once again Regards Kim England
