Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 1:13 AMDuring the time that it was determined that my husband would be discharged home under the care of Heartland Hospice. He was discharged home by ambulance and placed in his recliner to await delivery of a hospital bed and other needed items. Within a short period of time the nurse and bed arrived. He was extremely restless and was placed on a regimen of medications to calm him and allow rest. All staff were excellent including daily visits and extra visits during off hours when needed. His treatment allowed him to meet Jesus in comfort.
