$1600 for a flu/covid test and general medications. Obviously the price doesn’t include meds, $1200 from Doctor Dixon and maybe spoke to him for 2 minutes. DONT GO HERE!! Acct # - 1239855 for verification.

Worst hospital ever. Last year 11-18-24 I went into the er at 23 weeks pregnant after watching my babies head come out of me at home, they tried to send me home saying I wasn’t in labor after I myself watched him come out. They finally decided to transfer me to st Francis in Monroe and I had my baby the next morning who lived for 6 days. I’m now pregnant again and high risk, 35 weeks, I went into the er on 15th thinking I was in preterm labor again and after they checked me out they told me I was in labor but I have my cervix stitched closed due to cervical incompetence so they can’t tell if my cervix is dilated, they sent me to drew memorial via ambulance and turns out I was just dehydrated. Please do not ever go here if you value yours or your loved ones life.

The staff bent over backwards to help me get a cardiac event under control. The staff in the ER and CCU were very accommodating and genuinely concerned about my health. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Emily in the CCU are caring and very professional!! I would go back if I lived closer.

Absolutely awful. Don’t know why I still go here. Some staff are nice sometimes, but my recent experiences in the emergency room have been a joke. Doctor and nurses were talking badly about me outside of my room. Gossiping, accusing me of lying for pain medicines when I was in extreme pain and went to them for help. Said I was fine when there was visible swelling and I could hardly move. Is this how they treat all of their patients? By disrespecting them, letting them suffer, by gossiping? I’m so sick of this being a common thing!!

WORST STAFF EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional approach, will attempt to diagnose you with psychological disorders if you have ANY disagreements. Was told I was “having a panic attack”, that I should “stop yelling” and that I’m “not in control of my emotions”. I was in pain from a double tooth extraction which took place earlier that day. I could barely talk, let alone yell. I’m an adult, not a child so the emotion line was completely uncalled for and I have no history of panic attacks. I was simply in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my entire life, and had to go home with NO HELP because the ONLY ER DOCTOR has an EGO the size of TEXAS
