Highly recommend. Was able to visit on my lunch time and still made it back to work on time. Staff was very prompt and friendly. Clean clinic and great sense of humor with turning my negative experience with a reaction into nothing but laughter, educational, and positive vibes. Hopefully I don’t have to, but if any other crisis comes up then I know who I’m calling 💯🫶🏾😎 Thank you so much !
Most professional and , knowledgeable people. I’m so Blessed to have had EVERY person from the front desk, until I walked out going home, treat me with overwhelming kindness. I was helped today with X-ray, shot and several Rx to help me get well.
The APN listened to me, she understood me. I told her I had been sick for over a week and the other urgent care wouldn’t listen to me. I know my body and when I am sick! All the staff were very compassionate and caring. Thank you
I made a “hold my spot” appointment for 1:30. I was not seen until 4:30. I understand that it is a high point during cold and flu season, however I was not advised until way later by the receptionist that walk-ins would be seen as they came in(working in between appointments). I don’t think that making an appointment served its purpose. I recently had surgery and needed a very swollen, enlarged, and infected lymph node in my neck diagnosed and treated. My pcp was on vacation and I’ve always used Baptist Health urgent care as a secondary provider and have been satisfied and most of the time very pleased with the office visit. The receptionist was very calloused and unapologetic about her representation of the clinic. In my long wait I could’ve caught,(time will tell), another illness on top of what I’m already healing from. When I was finally called back to the room, the nurse,as well as the provider, was extremely apologetic and grateful for my patience. They made me extremely comfortable, were very compassionate and personable. They took care of me extremely well and sent me home with further instructions to aid in my healing. As a teacher, I understand the demand cycle of a job. I just think we(they) could do better in certain instances. For example, cutting the wait time for appointments when we took the time to choose that clinic and make an appointment, and also providing information up-front.Thank you…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience at this urgent care when my daughter was seen. Natalie Gossett was her provider, and you can truly tell she cares about her patients. She was kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything in a way that made both of us feel comfortable and reassured. It means so much as a parent to feel like your child is genuinely cared for. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I will always recommend them.
