Dr. Micaela Becerra Felix is wonderful. We drive a distance just to keep our littles under her care. If you are strapped for time, might not be the place for you & the front desk can lack customer service at times but we don't mind the wait & will overlook the front desk. Dr. Micaela is attentive, caring, never rushed our apt, she takes the time for our concerns & our kiddos. She is a lovely person.

Buckeye pediatrics is amazing and has a great staff. They are patient and on top of their stuff. Every referral I have needed they were quick on getting it done within same day. They are very understanding. The doctor is very on top of it and honest. She takes good care of my daughter like its her own.
The doctor here is great, very nice and sweet, she listens to concerns and addresses them. The staff has also been nice when we are in the office. The problem at this office is what I can only assume is a lack of staff. I leave messages and never get calls back; it's also hard to get in touch with someone on a first call. Every time I call the office I only get through because I call back-to-back like a stalker.
Dr. Micaela is a wonderful doctor. She’s knowledgeable attentive and truly cares about her patience. I’ve had great experience with her personally and I feel like I can trust her completely but with that said the office itself is clearly understaffed, and it really shows. The administrative side needs a major upgrade. It’s nearly impossible to get somebody on the phone and try to get medical records or simple questions answered, even when leaving a voicemail for a callback. I understand they may be overwhelmed, but better support staff and a more responsive front desk would make a huge difference in the overall experience. With the right team and office management in place this practice could easily get five stars.
