They are the most friendliest best place I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve been to a few doctors and their group. Their team was unprofessional at Cahaba Medical. You receive good friendly help the man that you walk in the door and when you go to the back wow the ladies back there are wonderful. I would never go anywhere else. They helped me when I didn’t have a dollar to my name and that I’m I’m so happy of I went yesterday. I had the best service. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. I had no problem at all even though I had called an October and made a better of myself talking to them and I want to apologize to the whole group but they didn’t react to it yesterday they still treated me like .they always do so if you’ve got anything wrong with you and I don’t care it’s not that far from Montevallo it’s just just as far as Alabaster as it is to Cahaba Medical and Centerville. I love y’all shout out great group. Keep it up good work it’s 55-year-old man has been to a few doctors best place I’ve ever visited. Love you all
Well 1st let me say their walk in has been perfect, however this was my 1st teledoc appt and im 64. The Dr Shaw from Turkey was 45 min late and his attn span is the length of my thumb.When he did call in my meds it was 2 calls to them and 20 hours later. (Less than satisfied)
My last doctors appointment was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had with doctor Carrie Brackett she was very impatient and frustrated with me. She was nonchalant about everything question I had. Carrie Brackett answered my questions with “I don’t know, and I don’t think so” and I felt like if she cared about my situation she would have said, I would look into it but all her answers were not comforting and made me feel very upset and that appointment was a waste of my time and insurance. This is not the first time she made me feel like she has no compassion for her patients and I will not ever be willing to see her again even if I am on my dying bed!
Probably the worst doctor's office Ive ever visted. At every visit you will be given a new nurse practitioner. The only real doctor is Dr. Waits but its very rare that youre allowed to see him. Even if youre pregnant all you'll see is a nurse practitioner. They dont belive in annual physicals . Only wellness visits which they recommend to you by email. If you make the appointment they will not understand why you thought the email told you to make an appointment because they definitely didnt want you too. If you show uo to the visit they wont knwo what to do with you. So theyll take your blood pressure and thats it. How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. And when you comment no i dont want to call for your apology like you care.
Lazy lady answering the phone seems slow. Told me since I hadn't been there in 3 years, I'd be a new patient and my appointment "won't be todahh". How is that? Im in the system but since I havent been sick in 3 years I am now a completely new person. Running a 102 fever and she wants to play admin games. She had a stank attitude too. Dont worry me and the hubby will go somewhere else with our federal insurance. Maybe get someone with even a little bit of intelligence to answer the phone.
