Dr dahms has been so reassuring , sweet , and a amazing listening ear . He has just overall made me feel so seen and heard after years of not having doctors like that . He does an OUTSTANDING job always reminding you that your doing your best and he will always be a listening ear to any concerns you may have if or small . He always puts exceptional care into all of his patients and you can truly tell how passionate he is about helping others . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Jacob shook. I went in to do a normal medication switch back and he refused to help me. He brought up medication‘s that I don’t even take and said that they don’t work well with my switchback medication. He told me I filled some medication every month since January and that’s not even true because I quit taking the one he mentioned at the end of December. He did not even have the correct information on my file and went by assumptions instead of figuring out the facts. He told me that he won’t do it because it will hurt his reputation or won’t look good on him as a doctor. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I HEARD. He thinks his reputation is more important than helping a patient and I find that highly disturbing. Mind you, this is a medication that I have switched back to for 8 1/2 years. I normally go to Anchorage to see my doctor because she actually helps me, but she did not have any availability, and because I have seen Dr. shook a few times in the past, I went back to him thinking that he would be willing to help me. But I guess his reputation is more important than helping me. I will never return to this clinic
Dr. Shook has an attitude like a 12 year old boy. He’s pompous and sharp with his words. Unwilling to help and does not take his oath as a doctor seriously. I’m losing faith in the medical industry more and more each day. Do not go here. Choose somewhere that actually cares about your well being
Dr. Dahms is an amazing physician. He delivered my 10lbs son at 42 weeks with no issues. He’s so patient and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider. He was with me through every step of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. He didn’t push me into having an induction and conducted non stress tests daily before the delivery. I’m so grateful and fortunate that he was assigned as my provider, 10/10 highly recommended!
Amazing kind and knowledgeable medical staff. Front desk is very kind and accommodating. Riley always greets with a smile and is eager to help! All around great hospitality. Thank you capstone for your amazing work best doctor in the valley!
