I had a skin evaluation done by Dr. Robles recently. I have never been to a doctor who has been so down to earth and comforting before. He made me feel like he was my friend, yet still maintained professionalism and respectfulness. I trust his expertise and wish all my doctors were as fun to visit as he was. The office staff is also very nice and helpful.
It is near impossible to get a hold of this office to get information, make, or even cancel an appointment. I called 4 times within two weeks to talk to the physician assistant. The first 3, I waited on hold 10-15 minutes before the receptionist took my call. I left 3 messages that were never returned. The 4th time I waited on hold 15 minutes before giving up and disconnecting the call. I am a client and my time is valuable. I went once and had a severe skin reaction to the prescription I got and was not able to see or talk to anyone about it. I am not going back and would not recommend this office.
This man is the ABSOLUTELY the most brilliant doctor i have ever met. Very professional and family oriented. I recommend him highly.....
