Completely incapable office. They do not answer phones. I always had to call the main hospital and then be transferred. The office can't send orders to other offices or by any other means other than through the patient portal. Dr. Debra Don was unsympathetic, cold, inconsistent and unable to provide sound medical advice or diagnosis. These people do not want to work. We and to research things ourselves for the doctor.

If you try to call their phone will say their closed & read out the business hours.... which aren't real apparently because I called within those business hours multiple times over 3 days NOT the holidays and cannot get a human on the phone

My son went to the hospital for emergency treatment because of an eye problem. Although we did not get a correct diagnosis, Ms. Liu Minfu provided us with full help throughout the consultation process, which made our consultation process smooth. Thank you for her Chinese support.

DO NOT SEE DR ZHENG! I had a horrible experience with Dr Zheng and this entire office. I was referred to this clinic by my sons pediatrician. He was a month old and in severe pain crying non stop. Dr Zheng did a quick check and diagnosed by son with reflux and prescribed him with medication. I called the doctor after a week of his symptoms getting worse with the medication. I tried to get in contact with anyone (a nurse or Dr Zheng for weeks I called everyday trying to get in touch with someone) When I finally got in touch I was told the doctor could not see my son for 2 months and was told “if he’s really that bad to take him to the ER” I was horrified with that response because they clearly do not care about their patients. Luckily I found a much better GI doctor who informed me that my son not only has reflux but this doctor did stool tests and found son had a ton of food allergies. This test was simple and took 1 minute to do. Dr Zheng neglects her patients and if I didn’t find a new doctor my son would have continued to SUFFER in Dr Zheng care. She wouldn’t even take a telehealth phone call. I am extremely disappointed in this clinic.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! You will not get any answers and they have no availability to see patients.
