I went to ER for a bad fall. I hurt both my feet they were bruised and swollen, hip and back pain. Tried to tell doctor what hurts and what happened, He would NOT LISTEN, he kept cutting me of everything I spoke. Only got xray on left foot but not right. Now just to walk both my feet hurt.. I was very very disappointed, felt I did not get heard or care I expected. I will NOT return to this hospital again in an Emergency.
My experience at Coast Plaza Hospital was disappointing overall. While some staff members were kind, communication was lacking and wait times were longer than expected. The facility could also use better organization and attention to patient comfort. I hope improvements are made to provide a better experience in the future.
I was treated with respect, dignity, and compassion during a difficult time. The nurse were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff came in almost everyday to clean the rooms and three times a day to clean the TV room where we eat. The food was okay given they have to consider food allergies and sensitivies. When I was cold they gave me extra blankets and socks. I have no complaints.
This is the worst Hospital ever. Like read in one of the reviews. If you want to die. I’m sure they won’t babe a problem letting you die. The nurse Mell is one of the worst nurses I’ve ever had. They have help that doesn’t even speak English. The the service is horrible. The air conditioning didn’t work the phone on the room didn’t work. I was harassed by many people every 15 minutes. they would ask me what time was my friend picking my Ir started at 10:30 am to 8:30 PM. They they called my friend 20 plus times. My friend’s phone has all the call they made from the hospital. This is the worst hospital. I gave them a one star cause it didn’t give me any other options.
The security staff went an extra mile. Think twice before you come here. It seems that their staff is not very professional. Unfortunately our loved one passed away here. Poor quality of care. Patients or family members should highly review before taking one here.
