I’ve never received any services from this company but have had bad experiences with their staff. I was dining in at a local restaurant while they hosted a company event. Some of the staff were extremely rude to staff by talking back after they were cut off from drinking. Overheard they are behavioral health professionals and was extremely disappointed. I wasn’t going to leave a review but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience trying to have a nice dinner with them around.
Noah is amazing. My issue is with sending money to a patient. I live 2 hours away and can only visit on weekends. They refused to accept a check for $140 that was written out to the patient because its a Saturday. They now expect me to drive home and mail the check because they wouldn't accept it in person. The exact wording was "we cannot accept any checks over $100 on a weekend". So when a check is mailed and arrives on a Saturday, are they going to mail it back because they can't accept it on a weekend too? The check is written in the patients name, there is no reason they should be able to accept a check for $100 but refuse a check for $140. Now the patient will be without for WEEKS, because the last time I mailed a check it took them a MONTH to give it to them.
The staff is awesome.... They facility provides so many benefits... And the staff goes beyond to assist clients
