My experience was great. They were quick and very caring
YOU COME EARLY AND HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR OR MORE BUT YOU COME 1 min LATE AND THRY WANT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR ENTIRE APPT WHEN THEY GIRLS ARE JUST TALKING AND GIGGLES so disgusting.
Like I said everything was good except that the phlebotomist needs more practice cuz she bruised my arm
I’ve had a great experience at this clinic overall. The staff on site is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond. I was treated by Ms. A. Cuellar, and her professionalism and genuine empathy made a huge difference during a really difficult time in my life. I felt heard, respected, and supported, and her care helped me regain stability. While some of the central staffing representatives I dealt with were a bit rude, I was ultimately always helped and my concerns were addressed. Despite that, I’m very grateful for the care I received and would still highly recommend this clinic.
