If you love to wait hours past your scheduled appointment to even get called into a room, and spend a minimum of 3 hours at the Dr., Between waiting and being treated; than this is the place for you! Dr. Is nice and thorough but inefficient. She called in prescriptions for me that were not covered by insurance, I called and Dr's office said they'd call in something else...Nothing. I called again, they said they'd request authorization for the drug and let me know... Never heard from them again. Finally 5 months later, I made another appointment and they left me waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time with zero communication as to why. I was waiting to see Martha, maybe other Dr's are more efficient, but maybe the staff up front could have communicated the expected wait time to meet rather than chatting about single and ready to mingle! I walked out and changed to practices. There's no excuse for any office to totally disregard the importance of my time.
I absolutely love most of the staff here, the girls that run the reception area are so kind and understanding, and the nurses/nurses assistants are all so interactive with their patients, only problem is there is one PA who is a little rude and pretentious but overall they deserve a 5 star from me and my kids. Great job! You have saved me more than a few times.
I hate that you made Tawney a walk in provider only!!! She is amazing and listens to her patients. The staff is great but I refuse to see Martha(the only appointment provider). The clinic needs more providers to spread out appointments. I am only giving the clinic excellent marks because of Tawney
Over the past year or so this clinic has hit "rock bottom". Use to have some really good nurse practitioners. Now the wait time, even with an appointment is ridiculously long. Plus, all the regular FNP's left. Now you don't really know who you are going to see even with appointments. Very sad to see such a good clinic go downhill.
Waited 1.5 hours before going back. Found out doctor went on lunch break for a whole hour. Would have been nice to have known and could have chose another option rather than sitting and waiting up front. Terrible! Now we will see how long in the room. If possible... go somewhere else. I wish I listened to the reviews.
