Ever since Dr.Pleet left the clinic it's been a total wreck! they bearly pick up the phone, your visit is for sure going to be over 2 hours long and Dr.enz isn't the best in my opinion. some medical assistants are rude too. only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because of the new dr!
I called for a follow up and they put me on hold for ten minutes, and then hung up. I called back and they forwarded me to their voicmail which said "we are at lunch and will return at 2pm" mind you their office opens at 9am and this call was before 9:30am. I've been going here for about a year or two and I do not like this office honestly. I don't even know the names of my doctor's but the last time I went in for an appointment, there was a two hour wait and the doctor talked to me for almost 6 minutes. I gave two stars because when they are not so busy the doctor would actually sit and talk with you.
They never pick up the damn phone!!!!
He has been my children's pediatrician since 2009 and I am more than happy with his service.
