Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 11:58 AMGood day I need some help with an issue I have been experiencing for 2 months now. I had been put on sick leave for 2 weeks by the doctor i had seen in the urgent medical facilities in CUF Porto. My documents were not submitted to Social to compensate for those sick days that i had not been able to work. When i finally got in contact with someone from the Hospital they had told me that it was my decision to stay at home even though the doctor had put me off for those days, they still did not tell me why those documents were not submitted as I understood that these documents are the responsibility of the doctor to submit for their patients. I had then told the doctor over the phone that it was not my choice to be ill ,he then cut the call on me and I am still left with no help and in financial constraints due to them not submitting anything to social in order for me to get paid for those sick days. Please can you help as to what i can do regarding this.
