I had such a wonderful experience delivering my baby at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton. My labor and delivery went very smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Every staff member I encountered was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and supported me every step of the way. My postpartum care was just as amazing. The nurses and staff were attentive, caring, and made sure both my baby and I were doing well before we went home. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received during such an important time. Thank you to everyone at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for making the birth of my baby such a positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hospital to any expecting parent! ❤️
I had a great experience delivering at Arrowhead Medical Center Hospital in Colton. From the moment I arrived with contractions, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The check-in process, IV placement, and overall care were handled so smoothly, which made a big difference during such an important time. My fiancé and I truly felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience. I was especially grateful that Kayla, the physician assistant who cared for me during my pregnancy, was the one who delivered my baby. She has been amazing from the beginning always guiding me in the best direction for both my health and my baby’s. I also want to recognize the incredible nurses and doctors who were part of my care. Everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. Two nurses who truly stood out were Phebe and Haley from maternity recovery their care was exceptional. They provided so much helpful information before my discharge and made sure I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. I cannot forget to mention that we had our own private room which was amazing. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the care I received. It was a beautiful experience, and I highly recommend this hospital.
Wonderful! Had a much more comfortable experience here during and after childbirth than I did at Kaiser years prior. Everyone was kind and understanding. The staff was very friendly and supportive while also being professional. My nurses Leslie and Britany and Doctor Kayla were fabulous and caring. I am glad I had my labor and delivery handled at Arrowhead. Thank you!
This hospital is the WORST!!!! If you want to die go there. my daughter and my mom was there. Taken in by the ambulance. Admitting. The admitting tieam in the ER is the best. But when you are giving a room upstairs. 🤦♀️ my daughter was on floor 2 my mom on 6 floor. Nurses seem to be nice but they did absolutely nothing. My daughter was getting worst every day. They left her IV in her arm for 4 days waiting for her schedule MRI nothing was being administered in the IV. It was infected!! And every day she had a nurse. They care about how I dress and my perfume and want to know what the name so they can go get it. Really!!!! Rooms sooooo dirty. Please if the ambulance said they are the closest hospital. It’s because they don’t want to go elsewhere. I had to take the I V out my daughter arm and tell them I want her to be discharged immediately and I need a doctor, they send me a resident doctor🤦♀️ they don’t care about your care just keep ppl in the hospital to BILL THE INSURANCE No meds, no diagnostic. Just a bunch of test they ran and all was negative. THEY treat everyone as if you’re on drugs. THIS HOSPITAL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. OR have different managers and making sure staff are doing what is needed to be done. To help ppl get better.
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center provided a truly memorable experience during my mom’s stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. The hospital itself was clean and well-organized, which helped ease a stressful situation for our family. What really stood out the most was the top-tier service from Nurse Warley, RN. He went above and beyond in every way—constantly checking in, explaining everything clearly, and making sure my mom was as comfortable as possible. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference not just for my mom, but for all of us. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Overall, the level of care we received at Arrowhead was outstanding, and Nurse Warley is a perfect example of the dedication and compassion you hope to find in healthcare. We’re very grateful for everything he did.
