I am the new Administrator at Hovlid. I am so happy to be here and I have been so impressed with the staff. Everyone from the nurses and aides to the cooks and housekeepers are awesome! They truly care about the residents and taking care of them the right way! We will not always be perfect but we will truly try as hard as we can! We look forward to being a resource to the community!!
The nurses here have no compassion for you or your elderly. They broke my moms phone. Then they started over-medicating her till she’s almost dead. Will be praying for the staff here. As they will need lots of prayers for their bad treatment of patients.
I have had a 17 day stay at HOVLID -GRIDLEY POST ACUTE… I was so ill and overwhelmed and fearful … the staff has been incredibly kind and nurturing.. I’m sad to leave… I face another surgery in the future and will return to recover … the care has been so unexpected and tender.
The staffing has been amazing and supportive of my mom’s needs.
