I’m with Kaiser Permanente already nine years and my experience with health care which they provide is excellent. I would like to leave review regarding my last experience with surgeon DrDaniel Kagedan. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Truly passionate about his work trying to provide for the patient the best possible care. Definitely 10/10. Thank you for your amazing support during my surgery journey.
Hospital is very clean, helpful and nice staff. Always nice to see smiles when your not doing too well. Becareful for B3 in the parking garage. Ran into Michonne with a few walkers. They were headed to building C to try and find some brains before the long haul to the next location.
My mother was recently diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis, and we went into cardiology with concerns and questions. Dr. Singh made our experience so much better than I had imagined it would be. He was very compassionate, kind, and patient. He explained everything to me clearly and in ways we could understand. He discussed options for treatment that reassured us and spent way more time with us than I thought was possible. He raised the bar for my mother and I. He is an example of how I feel all physicians should be with and for their patients.
2 Stars — And That’s Being Generous My stay at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Roseville has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been here for 11 days, and the level of care and consideration I’ve experienced has left me questioning whether I’ll continue with Kaiser after this. Without any notice, my pain medications were changed. When you’re already dealing with serious health issues, the last thing you need is surprise changes to your treatment plan. To make matters worse, when it’s time for my medication, I’ve been told they have to order more from the pharmacy, leaving me waiting in pain because medications apparently aren’t refilled until patients specifically ask for them. Another major issue is the room situation. Kaiser has seemingly turned all of their private rooms into double rooms and refuses to provide private accommodations. Every new roommate I’ve had has arrived in the middle of the night—usually around 2:00 AM. Staff barge into the room without warning, turn on the lights, talk loudly, and show little regard for the patient already trying to sleep. The overall atmosphere doesn’t inspire confidence. I’ve overheard nurses discussing patients in the hallway and speaking in ways that make it seem like they’re annoyed by the very people they’re supposed to be caring for. The bathrooms feel dirty, and in 11 days I still haven’t witnessed one being cleaned.
I am pleased to report that my post surgery evaluation by Raphael Markus Klug DO - Kaiser Permanente, was more of what I‘be become accustomed to: a thorough examination and explanations to my progress. My doctor has the ability to make me feel comfortable and assured. He has garnered my trust by given clear information. This was a second knee replacement surgery, and I am fortunate to have such a skilled doctor. I also enjoy his demeanor and sense of humor! Excellent!!!
