The entire MOHs surgery event was wonderful! I really appreciated the attention the physician and her assistant paid to me. They were so warm, informative, and helpful. The actual surgery was easy for me. Any questions or concerns I had were responded to. I felt respected and "heard." Plus, the friendly atmosphere made it easy to talk and get feedback. And, finally, the doctor cleared up something that had been on my record - an extra A+ for her on that!
Dr. Tejeda is very attentive and caring towards our child needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure my daughter‘s well-being and validates our concerns. We can talk to Dr. about any issues comfortably and just knowing that doctor has our child’s best interest in health and being thorough reassures us that our baby is in good hands. Kaiser definitely benefits from having an employee as valuable as she is to our family.
Mr Vaughn Huynh didn't listen to any of my concerns. I don't think he read my file. He didn't know I had to go to ER the Friday before my appointment. When I mentioned it he told me "I though you were only here about the floaters". That was the biggest waste of my money, my husband's time and my time. My husband and I had to take time off for me to be able to go to this appointment. I felt that he didn't think my concerns were important and I felt rushed to get out of the office. The after visit notes was just a blank piece of paper with my name and his name in it. I will have to schedule another appointment with a doctor to find an answer and a solution to the problems I'm experiencing with my eyes. I didn't like my experience with kaiser in Rancho Cordova.
The wait from checking in to someone coming to take me back was very short. Everyone was pleasant and very compassionate. I was treated with dignity and respect. The nurses and Dr. Lin kept me informed of every step and of after visit care. Awesome!
Brought my child for a 3-hour assessement and was treated with respect and understanding. Frequent breaks plus accessible break/snack room, plus bathrooms made it bearable, if not pleasant, given the situation. The facility itself has plenty of shaded parking and is easy to navigate. The staff were very nice and friendly and directed us to where we needed to go.
