I never thought I would be rating an ER facility 5 Stars ✨ I came in for a head CT scan after a car accident expecting to be there for hours. But I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with my CT results in my hand A big positive remark ✅ to David, who went over my CT scan results in detail and answered all of my additional questions with patients, attention and care. He was very personable with a positive and friendly energy. It makes such a huge difference when medical professionals have a positive and great attitude, as well as knowledge 👏 All staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. They were moving at a speed like they were catching a 5pm bus 🚐🤭 and I was here for it! I was there on a Thursday at 3pm, it wasn't busy Also the facility was clean and inviting ✨ This was the *fastest *smoothest and most *enjoyable ER visit I've ever had Thank you for your great Care and Kindness Lana Krizki 😊
Great admin team and professional staff! Leadership Conejo got to hear from Phil Buttell, a neurosurgeon, their residents program participants on being a teaching hospital, and a tour of the new ER. The whole Los Robles team is always incredibly hospitable and kind.
My husband was recently taken by ambulance very late in the evening to Los Robles Regional Medical Center. From the moment we arrived in the emergency room we were treated with the utmost care and respect and we knew we were in good hands. We have had occasion to visit and gain treatment at Los Robles Hospital before, and we consistently receive outstanding care and service. Emergency Room physicians Drs. Sobhani and Rodriguez were warm, friendly, and compassionate, yet very professional at the same time. While they assessed my husband’s situation, they kept me apprised of their plans for care and treatment.. Registered nurses Alanna and Ashley, also in the emergency department, were caring, warm and personable and took excellent care of my husband. It was a very busy night in the emergency room and even with that, ER staff took time to check in with us regularly and keep us updated. While no one wants or expects to be in the emergency room for any reason or have a loved one there, the ER staff in particular is excellent. We feel fortunate to have a hospital of this caliber in our community.
I could never have asked for any better care. The facility was perfect, the nursing staff was terrific, and especially the physical therapy and occupational therapy and speech therapy got me back to a very acceptable level of functioning. I highly recommend the facility. And I am very thankful for everything they did during my stay.
I had a very disappointing experience at Los Robles Hospital's Emergency Department. During my initial visit, I felt neglected, dismissed, and treated differently from other patients. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I left feeling unheard and unsupported. What upset me most was having to clean my own wound while Practitioner Bridget McLaughlin stood by and watched rather than assisting me. At a time when I was seeking medical care, I felt abandoned and questioned whether I was receiving the same level of care and attention as other patients. After leaving, I returned and re-registered. My experience was completely different with Danielle Sherman, who listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and provided the care and attention I had been seeking from the beginning. Her professionalism and compassion made all the difference. I hope no patient has to go through the experience I had during my first visit. If you find yourself feeling unheard or uncomfortable with your provider, don't be afraid to advocate for yourself and request a different practitioner. I only received the care I needed after doing exactly that.
