Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I was there with my husband who also admitted her stomach issues. We had plans to leave Friday to go back to Arizona for we live in the winter time. Need us to say those plans changed but we are now back in Arizona. our daughter took us to ER the other night. Also, the admittance woman was so helpful and nice.
I gave birth here on December 14th 2025 and I had the most incredible experience. We were cared for like family and baby was delivered quickly and safely my team went above and beyond to take care of me and my baby . The only complaint I have was sometimes the food wasnt great but hey it’s a hospital and I was still fed . I would not want to go anywhere else to have a baby in the future . Incredible women and men work here ! Thank you all so much especially our awesome nurse Beverley ! Thank you to all from the Straker/Dotson family
The ER is a hot mess. They really need to improve the way they do the ER services. When I went with my son, it took hours and he was swollen on Saturday his face the whole time. The security guard in the ER especially the late night young one he cool he be trying to help out. When I went for myself because I couldn’t breathe anymore, it took me three tries to get that front door. No one came to help. But as soon as they saw how severe my condition was, they took me straight back and it made me straight in and for that They were awesome! The food was great! Nurse staff were awesome! Doctor sent me home with some pills not all I was supposed to get some insulin and did not. … Freshly learned that after many years of being pre-Pre-pre-diabetic All the sudden I’m type to diabetes, but no other information plus the ER ARE what makes me give them four stars I’m alive because they really put in work and were attentive to me and I appreciate that thank you

I have been a patient at methodist quite a few times. It seems like they are really trying to improve. My stay started in the ER and that is why I only gave 4 stars. They need to work on that department. My stay on the 2nd floor was quite surprising. Very attentive, helpful, clean and improved. I had the pleasure of getting a room with a new hospital bed. It was very comfortable. The nurses are respectful, nice and do whatever they can to help! I remember so many of them from previous visits and shockingly, they remember me!
