I did walk in X-rays. Deanna checking me in was an absolute delight. She handled everyone who came in after me and answered the phone courteously. No one waited long. They called me within a minute of sitting in the waiting room. In and out in no time. All the staff I observed and interacted with was so kind. I left feeling so positive I had to leave a review.
I went into the emergency room with a life-threatening situation. I was sent home. The ER doc didn’t seem to want to take the time to deal with me. She was having the nurse discharge me without even telling me what she thought was wrong with me. They told me if I wasn’t better in 24 to 48 hours to come back. So since I was terribly sick and couldn’t move much, I stayed in the parking lot in my RV until 24 hours passed. Fast forward to the next day and I am 10 times worse, I can’t walk and I have to be wheeled from my RV into the ER. Once I got triage, and the emergency doctor came in, and I looked him straight in the eyes, and I said “please help me“. I got so lucky with Dr. Ali. He actually took the time, did the research, reviewed all of my previous tests, asked the right questions and saved my life. Thank you Dr. Ali! I think how busy the staff is in the emergency room makes all the difference in the care that you receive.
My checking and test was fast. Was sent here from Eureka for diagnostic imaging because they had the first available appointment (a month later) given that the schedule out past two weeks was not available in Eureka. Arrived on time to one space left in the lot closest to the main entrance and was given a number which was called within a minute. I was sent to desk 3 to check in but since I did that online, it only took a minute to confirm my identity and status, so I was sent to the waiting corner. My name was called within a minute and guided to an exam room for the imaging. Everyone was nice to me. Afterward I had lunch at the little cafe where I ate chicken teriyaki with chow mien, rice and pot stickers which was very good for ten bucks. No waiting for how fresh food
My hubby dropped my son off march 13th 2026 at night. Couldn't get a hold of my son on his cell . So march 14, at 4:55 pm i called to check on him . The lady that answered the phone told me there was Noone there by that name . I told her when he was brought in . She then told me they had never a patient by that name . Of corse iam freaking out . So I called st. Joe's. They said yes he's here , they just transfered him and hour ago from redwood memorial hospital . I was was mad as hell . So beware if you got there . Make sure you take videos ! Thwy should have people that can do a simple task . Better training.
I went in for severe back pain, that shoots down my left leg and my right foot is numb. I know its have a lower herniated disks but the pain had gotten progressively worse in a short period of time. And new symptoms are happening. The male Dr, looked at my leg, did a touch tests on my foot. Gave me a muscle relaxer, and a toridal shot. I waited for it to kick it but I was still in pain and they sent me on my way anyway. The nurse was supposed to ask the dr regarding my pain level not subsiding but instead she left to go home. They discharged me even though Im still in pain. I will never go back to that place.
