Today I had my gallbladder removed, and thankfully everything went well. From the moment I walked into the Outpatient Pavilion, every person I encountered was kind, professional, and caring. From the admitting staff to the nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeon, and everyone behind the scenes who helped with my care—thank you. Having surgery is never easy, but the team made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Outpatient Pavilion.
I had an excellent experience at Women’s Imaging at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. From check-in to completion, everything was efficient, professional, and well organized. Julie, the technician who performed my mammogram, was outstanding. She was calm, kind, and extremely professional. She explained the process clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with confidence and care. Mammograms aren’t exactly something anyone looks forward to, but Juli made the experience smooth and reassuring. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about patients. Jan 12, 2026 10:15 am Upon arrival I contacted Colleen McDonald and informed her I was concerned my up coming MRI appt was not scheduled. Mrs. McDonald checked for my appt and confirmed I was not scheduled. I explained I was scheduled for my MRI at RRH by my workers comp carrier and I felt It was not scheduled properly. Mrs. McDonald located the necessary documents she needed set up the appt. but further contacts needed to be made to confirm approval. She made a couple calls and got the approval she needed. She handled my problem like a boss. Mrs. McDonald was the best advocate I could have had that morning. She is the real deal professional I was so lucky to have looking out for me. She just happened to have a cancellation that afternoon and was able to schedule me for my MRI that day. Thank you for having such a wonderful person taking care of your customers. MRI Appt: Jan 12, 2026 @ 4 pm. I would also like to add, I completed my MRI that afternoon. I showed up and was greeted by the MRI Tech. He explained everything I needed to know about the MRI and what to expect. He was extremely professional as well. I had two extremely positive experiences that day by your employees. I like Dr Mohsen. He listens to what you have to say. He doesn't just cut you while you're talking. He doesn't just push pills on you and send you on your way. He has compassion for his patients. His nurses are also awesome. They all are kind and professional.
Gabriel was amazing when we did not have our insurance card. He still did everything he could until we got it to him. The blood draw technician did an amazing job.
