I originally left a 5 star review, however,I'm rescinding that and changing it to 2 stars because someone at Cottage "dropped the ball" and didn't follow up on getting my wound dressed on Monday Feb 24 as they said it would be done. No follow up.
January 15,2926 I was being treated for wounds from a bicycle accident from a car hitting me one week ago in Todos Santos Mexico. I had very personal care and an assessment of my skin and what it would need.. I work in Skin Care and I was very pleased at the treatment that was advised and given to me, both by Melissa, a very kind land smart Rn and I liked Dr. T he was gentle. Very thorough and relaxing and both veryknowledgeable and gifted what they do
Doctors, nurses and other staff are always personable and professional. They cover all details in thier accessments and procedure so I know what we are dealing with. Wound care seems to preform magic to make wounds heal. Their work is impressive.
Thank you one and all! Every one of my many visits couldn't have gone better. Dr. Tarleton and the whole nursing staff were kind, careful and professional. Never once did I feel that I was not among people I could trust 110% and thats a big deal for me. The front desk folks always had a smile and a hello and never made me feel silly for asking questions. How lucky we are in Santa Barbara to have access to Ridley-Tree Wound Care Management. I will forever be grateful for the care I've received there. ❤️ Thanks again for taking such excellent care me.
