I was fortunate enough to have my reconstructive shoulder surgery at the Pomona Valley Outpatient Pavilion and it was an amazing experience. Every single staff member I encountered throughout my day appeared to enjoy working here and each one had a positive, upbeat personality. It's sad that this isn't normal, because this group makes it look easy. I've had surgeries all over southern California and this place far exceeded every other hospital I've ever been to.

Really nice building. I believe the building is new. Staff was super helpful with getting my mom in for surgery. Volunteers help get you in the right places and prepared for surgery. Very comfortable environment. Water and coffee available on second floor of the building. They seem to be pretty efficient as well. Overall a great experience.

Very rushed and pushed out of recovery within 30 minutes of surgery! I was the last patient of the day, they gave me pain medication (dilated) and put me in a wheelchair and sent me off! They were worried about paying the nurses overtime! That’s all I keep hearing them talk about in that 30 minutes of coming too…
