Got seen within 20min or so. All staff was very friendly and acted if they truly cared about my urgent needs! I would recommend this place to ppl, even to my mother! ( Unfortunately its too late for her as she passed... Had she not i would highly recommend Sherwood Urgent Care in Batesville)
Saw us pretty quickly, diagnosed and prescribed medication in a timely manner. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They prescribed medication but the dosage was too large for the patient so the pharmacist had to call back to correct it before filling it. They do not provide the best bedside manner for kids with issues visiting an unknown clinic and actually scared him more than he already was. However, they completed the visit and we got answers and medication.
Thankful for an amazing experience here! We were visiting family over the holidays when my 5 year old came down with croup. The team saw us quickly, thoughtfully diagnosed and recommended a treatment plan to ensure she was feeling better in time for Christmas! So nice to have a friendly team with A+ care available for a pediatric visit while we were away from home.
After NEVER having a problem going there. I had bad hip pain! You have to sign in on your own phone. I went all the way through but it wouldn't send, and went back to the start. The receptionist ignored me and when I said. I need some help, she didn't answer. I asked to speak with the manager she told me I was being rude. That place is a JOKE But the Dr. was very professional! If they had professional people up front like they used to have!
Shaye was so great..she listened to everything reassured me of the plan to help me..made me feel heard. I only saw Donna at the end but she was also nice in helping me. I would def come back here in the future.I appreciate no one just went and run a bunch of unnecessary tests and instead did what fit best which did end up finding the issue or doing absolutely nothing and sending me on way. Thank you guys.
