My mom had colonoscopy today at 9:30am and we went home around 11:40am Everything was pretty good 👍 The staff is nice,wonderful and they took care of her 🙏🏻🤍 Also the place so clean and they still doing social distance, wearing masks and clean everything between each patient . 5 stars for sure 🙏🏻🤍
I have to say that this facility is truly amazing. I am so pleased with the level of professionalism, and clarity from the staff. The nurses made my overnight stay a fun and anxiety free atmosphere. My knee replacement surgery on 6/22/22. Amy the daytime Charge Nurse really helped me a lot. She is definitely a gift to the facility. She is to be commended and given a raise. Victoria, Vanessa, Maryian, Olga, Sonia, Vera and Joy ....exceptional, on task and so helpful. I was apprehensive at first due to prior experiences with the medical professional in and out...next factory feeling Not here, just spectacular compassionate humans doing their job. Thank you so very much!
Never heard of this hospital until my husband had neck surgery here. I gave it a 5 stars because the nurses are amazing; very attentive, understanding, friendly and compassionate, plus let’s not forget about the food; is delicious! nothing like “hospital food “ if you know what I mean. Overall very satisfied. Thank you to all the staff that took great care of my husband and myself.
The staff here is amazing. Everyone I came in contact with was genuinely kind and caring. I was very comfortable during my entire stay. It is very clean, well staffed, and well equipped. Patient care and comfort are their priority. I highly recommend this facility.
I called 3 times and left messages 2.5 weeks after my surgery because my foot was hurting and just wanted to know if what I was experiencing was normal. No return call!!! I then called the appointment line since the post op line didn't return my call. They said they would have a nurse call me back. No call back that or the next day. I explained that my sister had died from a blood clot after foot surgery and I was concerned about myself. I like my doctor but I don't think he was even told. I guess they just didn't care or thought I was concerned over nothing. I'm very disappointed because up until then I've been very happy with my experience there.
