The employees at Sutter Surgical Hospital are the best I've ever seen. They listened to everything I had to say from the moment I walked into admittance. The anesthesiologist was on the top of his game from the moment he walked in. Thank you GD! The surgical staff were above excellent. One surgery nurse had her hands on my shoulders, rubbing very gently, as I was getting the shots. It was very peaceful and soothing. Dr. Gallego is beyond excellent as a surgeon and as a person. His entire staff are kind and considerate. Thank you all from the bottom of.my heart. God bless you all.
Bravo!! What a great team. From registration to admittance, pre-op, operation and recovery everyone was friendly, respectful, thoughtful, professional and, dare I say, “fun”. You can tell that everyone enjoys their jobs and care deeply about their patients. Management appears to have created a great work environment and culture where great employees can thrive! Everyone explained what they were doing and what was going to happen in an understandable manner and ensured I understood and was comfortable. All the nurses joked (very professionally) back and forth with me, making feel completely at ease. Also can’t say enough good about the anesthesiologist and Dr. Fahey. Both were awesome. If I have to get “repaired” in the future, this is the place I’ll come!
I just had surgery here this facility is amazing the nurses are nice and professional and they explain everything to your understanding. I would 100% recommend getting your surgery here Dr. Farhat did my surgery he’s amazing my anesthesiologist was also amazing and the RN’s so nice. Thank you for taking good care of me.
I arrived at 1 pm and left at 9 pm. At 7 I asked the triage nurse if I had gotten taken off the board, she said no I should still be on the board, but she didn't check. I asked her at 9 pm why I still haven't gotten talked to bc everyone else that was there when I arrived had been discharged. She looked at her computer and apparently someone discharged me at 645 with a note saying that I was spoken to by a doctor, but I told them to check the cameras because I was never spoken to after my ultrasound. I was told my ultrasound results would be back in 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't get my discharge paperwork until after nine because of someone falsely discharging me and so I sat for an extra three hours for no reason. I would've gone to urgent care but my pain was so bad that I needed an ultrasound, but I couldn't even get basic care and my imaging apt wasn't for a few more days. How could I trust a facility like this after all of that?
I went in for surgery yesterday. It was so great, the staff were all so kind and supportive. The nurses are literal Angels. I appreciate the services that you all provide so much. Thank you all for everything. All my love, Jessica C.
