Excellent Service and Care I recently visited Dr. Padmavathi and had a very positive experience. The doctor was professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My wife was admitted to Room VIP1 on the 4th floor at Thumbay University Hospital for her surgery, and our experience was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. During a time that could have been very stressful for both of us, the level of care and professionalism we encountered made a huge difference. Her surgery was performed by Dr. Fatima Abdelmahmoud, who demonstrated exceptional expertise and confidence. She took the time to explain the procedure clearly and ensured my wife felt reassured and comfortable beforehand. It was evident that she truly cares about her patients, and that gave us both great peace of mind. The VIP room had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and privacy. It didn’t feel like a typical hospital setting, which helped my wife relax and focus on her recovery. I also want to highlight the nursing team, who were simply amazing. They were attentive, kind, and highly professional at all times. They responded quickly to every request and consistently checked in on my wife with genuine care and warmth. Their support played a big role in making her stay comfortable and stress-free.
