Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 3:58 PMFIRST OF ALL IT WAS A PLEASURE TO CALL HIS OFFICE AND HAVE A PLESANT, AND KIND PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND SEEMED INTERESTED IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM. WHEN I WENT IN AND TALKED TO JOHN HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, HE WAS JUST LIKE ONE OF THE OLD BOYS, WE JOKED, WE BOTH TOLD STORES, THEN WE GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. LATER I CALLED HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS THERE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM . JOHN AND HIS SECURTARY ARE MY GO TO PEOPLE. GREAT JOB.
