I've typically have had good experiences here. However, policies may have changed. I couldn't utilize urgent care services this time around because we have double coverage. 1 insurance is a PPO & the other an HMO. They would not see my daughter because of the HMO. If I would of lied and said she just had a PPO then she could've been seen. I think if I had no insurance, she would've got service. Shame on them!
This review is more for the secretaries at the desk when you go in the door. Second desk. Their treatment and condescending attitude toward my wife and I was appalling. At some point they asked if I was homeless. It's not the question, but how it was asked. Rude. Most of the time I stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me as I watched them have conversations with each other and applying their little Kim Kardashian starter kits with make up and so on. Any decently run staff will not act accordingly, so that tells me that it seems to me that an upper in administration is getting their weasel greased so these secretaries will get to keep their job.
Zagros Motamed is a bad dr. Dont see him.
So I went in to get urgent care. And they told me that urgent care doesn't open until 12pm. I wish they would post the urgent care hours on their goggle site. Just want to let people know just in case they decide to go there. I went to Hanford to get my urgent care.
When in for a throat infection just for DR ZAGROS MOTAMEDD tell me there’s nothing wrong. Next day went to the ER and sure enough the infection was spreading and did need antibiotics. Crazy they told me there’s nothing wrong when truly I had the infection. Plus Dr ZAGROS seems like he doesn’t even care for he’s patients
