I have been at the Hanford location now for 2 months and Dr. Robert’s has been nothing but kind, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The wait time at this location isn’t the best but with the ladies in the front and Dr. Roberts being there i will be continuing my care here.
This place is a joke, assistants hustle you in and out without actually listening to your symptoms or giving a diagnosis. Worse over is being looked at like I'm an idiot when describing the pain I go through for the multiple pain area I have in my body...if I wanted this I would consult a family member for medical help and save my money.... Then getting to any actual treatment...nothing happens, can't see pain doctors because referrals NEVER go thru, this is the Anthem way.... What's the point of going to a clinic to not even get treatment or therapy to improve ones way of life and minimize their daily pain intake....instead all my past diagnostics from this facility are unspecified, even though I have specified my symptoms quite clearly.....symptoms they refuse to help with
Scheduled me for an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got my benefits number and all of my information on the phone. Then upon arrival, and check-in process, only to tell me my appointment is canceled. Did not even let me finish my sentence. Rude behavior as well.
Dr Maria Alvarado-Garcia is amazing! She hears what you have to say and gets it done right away. she’s the best DR I’ve dealt with so far since I been with United health, she also has amazing assistants ❤️
John Tisoy is an amazing provider. I would highly recommend him. Takes his time to listen and does not make you feel like you are just a number. Such a compassionate person. Never fails to introduce his MAs every time.
