Worst experience. They barely look at your teeth and tell you to come back for another appointment to do the cleaning. Then another one for filling. (All months away). It doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency or tooth ache. You’re better off anywhere else.
I’m not sure why this is called an urgent care clinic. Told me they only see patients that are with the medical center that is next door. Told me that I needed to have private insurance or be a patient next door. I didn’t find her rude but this shouldn’t be an urgent care if they don’t take anyone.
Followup to review my mother gave today on United Health Center-Mendota Ca I had tried calling UHC last week to get info on my son's glasses that were ordered 08/27 and were to take 2 weeks but its going on a month now and have yet to receive any notification from their Optometry Dept I was on hold for long periods after being transferred by call center to Mendota office It stated my call will be answered in the order rec'd never saying what # caller I was and never assured someone would be with me I hung up tried several more times during that week The following week had just had a procedure done so I asked my mother to call for me see if she could get any info UHC Mendota has very bad in fact the worst çustomer service by phn They don't care about their patients They Ignore calls Never get to speak to anyone The call center is useless also They just throw calls to whichever office in whichever town and forget about u They have to have all these busy lines blinking at them of patients or customers waiting for their call to be handled waiting to get through All the while hearing the same recorded UHC info claiming their team is ready to give great service and also great text service It's useless Doesn't work So after mom fails to get anyone I returned to work and stopped by UHC in Mendota Not busy at all Was able to pick up glasses I would have thought they would require my son to be there to get glasses fitted see if they need any adjusting especially after diagnosing my son with Astigmatism in both eyes That will be another visit They get away with ignoring their patients bcuz problem continues and same workers are still there .I will be looking into changing to another clinic at some pointThey have new clinics popping up everywhere milking the medical and insurances as long as their service was provided and they're getting paid They need to adv patients of their poor customer service and not lie I had no choice but to reluctantly give 1 star Poor rating
UHC Mendota Ive been trying to contact optometry for the 2nd week to find out if my gsons glasses have come in Ordered a month ago Said it would take 2 weeks Called 3 xs on hold for an hr ea time I called back explained to call center that no one answers That is so wrong call should at least go back to call center for further help They claim to give exceptional service I can also text to schedule an appt or get info on glasses Their team ready to assist Bs it ask when glasses were ordered and pls hold while we review your info What info havent asked for name dob Worthless texting system So I call back tell them not to transfer me until she can assure me i speak to someone ok let me review chart Says glasses were ordered and case is complete she said which is good I said no its not good how can it be closed no glasses Ok i will place u on hold I will try and get someone on phn and pls hold waited over 1/2 hr Then I heard call transferred only to go thru the same bad customer service of no one answering
Do not come here. The doctor that was in 6/30 was rude and unprofessional. After briefly assessing patient, she walked outside and started talking bad about the patient. She was going off on the assistants and receptionists for checking in said patient. Patient walked out after calling the Dr. out on what he heard. 0/10. Side note: this is my 3rd visit here and lobby is unsanitary and full of trash.
