Horrible experience here! I went in with a lot of pain, needed and extraction and doctor did not care one bit. They told me to come back the following week because they get limited time with each patient. I understand that but when it’s an emergency like this that’s just not ok. Didn’t seem to care one bit that I was in so much pain. They also told me that I didn’t have an infection and that I did not need antibiotics but when I saw a new dentist the next day they told me I had a bad infection which makes since with the amount of pain I was in. Situations like this can get bad really quick if not taken care of. This doctor didn’t care one bit and was so dismissive despite the amount if pain I was in. I will never return to this place and I’ll make sure to tell everyone what a terrible place this is. Zero compassion for people it’s crazy! Dr. Martinez do disappointed in your service!
Dr. Kian Kaveh, DO is an outstanding physician and an absolute asset to United Health Centers. He has been my primary care doctor for over a year, and I can confidently say he is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctors I have ever had. Dr. Kaveh takes the time to truly listen. He never rushes appointments, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand your health and treatment options. He is thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being — something that is becoming rare in healthcare today. What sets him apart is his professionalism combined with empathy. He treats you like a person, not a number. Every visit feels collaborative, respectful, and reassuring. I always leave appointments feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. United Health Centers is very fortunate to have Dr. Kaveh. He exemplifies what patient-centered care should look like, and I hope his dedication and excellence are recognized and rewarded. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician who truly goes above and beyond.
Went in to have a filling put in and they didn’t want to do it due my blood pressure being high. I asked them to do it any way I will sign a form stating they can and the “doctor” said no. Also asked to do it without the medication and was told no again. Place is a joke. Never will I becoming to this “publicly funded” mess…if you don’t want to do your job, then don’t show up on a Saturday!
Dr Kaveh is a kind compassionate and excellent doctor. He listens carefully and has helped me get through serious illnesses. I am grateful to him for his care of me.
UPDATED EDIT (I was wrong) After my second visit I realized everything. I got a bit excited at the first visit that there's someone who understands what's going on but it's only business...thank you ........................................................................ Dr. Kian Kaveh is truly exceptional. From my very first meeting with him, I felt hope again—something I hadn’t felt in a long time. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. I finally feel like I’m on the right path, and I’m truly looking forward to continuing my treatment with him.
