Everyone at Baptist Urgent Care was just wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses and especially Dr. Gunnels. They were kind, compassionate and very helpful. If I need medical attention again, I will certainly return. I'm very appreciative for their service.
Dr. Trint Gunnel w/Baptist Urgent Care in Wynne AR. He is very professional, has the best care and concerns for his patients! Rate him💯%! Wish more Doctors were like him and not try to rush you out of their office. He explains diagnoses so you can truly understand what is going on with you! Go see Dr Gunnel, you will love him!🙏🏻❤️😊🙏🏻 His staff from the front desk and nurses are very helpful and kind also! The office is always clean! The wait time is great and reasonable! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend them to anyone asking for recommendations. If it were not for them I may have went home instead of the emergency room. The nurse was very insistent and showed a lot of emotion and worry so I followed her instructions and it probably saved my life.
The time I sat there waiting to be seen I should have went to the ER. Then, when I finally get in the back of the waiting room. I sat even longer just to be told to go across the street to get a ultrasound, but when I get there to do the ultrasound they tell me scheduled ultrasounds are full and I would have to go through the ER to get a unscheduled ultrasound as if I wasn’t waiting long enough in moderate pain to find out what is going on with me. Only good thing is I got some pain relieved from the shot that was given to me during the visit.
OMgoodness. This place is a God send. The staff and Dr. Gunnels are awesome and every other word that gives them praise. Wait time wasn't very long. But who cares its New Year's Eve and they took the time to be at work. I am from out of town and the hospital has bad reviews. The people at the hotel said to come here. So we did. Quickly ran xrays since my husband was having back pain. Did covid test-no covid. Then figured out what was wrong. Called in a prescription to the pharmacy which was awesome too. I am just thankful that everything went so well. I can't express it enough. THANK YOU DR. GUNNELS AND YOUR EXCELLENT STAFF❤️
