Regina was amazing. Very calming and informative, gentle and empathetic regarding the painful procedure I needed. She even went the extra mile and helped me find products online that would alleviate some of my pain in the future
Wouldn’t treat my daughter for an asthma attack because they were closing at 8 and even though my appointment was at 7, I wasn’t called back until almost 8. The professional on site had an agenda to teach me a lesson because I chose to go there first instead of the ER. All around a horrible experience. Walked away with a daughter who was still having breathing trouble, received zero treatment, and a $100 medical bill.
All of the people in the office were friendly and helpful. The nurse was courteous and kind with my situation (I am in a wheelchair). I was wasn’t sure what was wrong, but I was in pain. The nurse practitioner asked many questions because I thought I had a urinary tract infection, but my urine was clear. She urged me to contact my primary care physician ASAP. If I have reason to, I would not hesitate to go back to the clinic.
Hometown Healthcare! Don't let the outside fool you, this facility is very nice inside and the staff are warm and welcoming. Accepting most insurance and definitely budget friendly. Professional care with a how are you neighbor feel. Will definitely use again.
The staff was very kind from the receptionist to the APRN who diagnosed me was very kind and attentive to my needs. Scheduling my appointment as well as filing out paperwork on the app was very convenient. I was called back to a room within 20 minutes of arrival and my appointment was finished up in less than an hour.
