Dr Scramm and clinical care coordinator, Jack, are outstanding individuals. We have experienced professionalism and compassion during our visits. They know us by name, recognize our needs and have been a huge help when we were overwhelmed by referral requests. I cannot give them enough recognition during our time of need. WIHCC is lucky to have employees as these. Thank you Dr Schramm and RN, Jack!

If I could give zero stars, I would especially to the emergency room for misdiagnosing my wife and another one a dental for calling her a male’s name over and over after we corrected them, and her paperwork has states her correct name. She is a female, but because her appearance is more of a tomboy, they always call her out of her name, which is disrespectful. You guys need to hire better staff that are accommodating to patients not the other way around.

Been coming here for years. With each visit, service of care are not met, everyone is rude and my provider just wanted to get me out and seemed annoyed I was even there. She verbally stated she would not even test me for anything. "Even if it's positive, there's nothing I can do."

I realize I could receive back lash for my transparency by leaving a negative comment but this is to help inform them so they can try to help fix the problem and not retaliate by instigating other situations when I visit the hospital. I don't know where the professionalism is. I Googled Leupp and Dilkon dental so I could speak with someone about question's I had about Walk-In exams. The phone numbers posted on Google are not dental department. They always transfer me. Then they seem to transfer me to the wrong department. So then someone else has to transfer me again. Only to end up getting an answering machine. Sometimes they don't call back after I leave my name and phone number. I have to call again to leave another message with my name and phone number again. Then I seem to be the frequent irate patient they always seem to have. But I'm beginning to see why. When I call other dental offices by other companies, they pick up within moments and greet the customer with a positive attitude and a helpful demeaner. And their information on the world wide web is always updated with direct phone numbers. This is ridiculous. Patients should be able to call a direct line and receive help with any questions they may have before they go into the office. These hospitals probably don't know they are giving their patients stress and anxiety when they are suppose to help heal us. Gas is not cheap. Not everyone has a vehicle so they have to schedule days off of work and schedule transportation with a friend or relative. IHS dental in all three locations (Winslow, Dilkon, and Leupp) need to get it together. I hope I don't sound like I'm trying to bash them on social media and I truly wish I didn't have to post this but they need to be aware. I realize if I spoke to someone in person the issue may not have been resolved. This is a safe and healthy way for me to express my utmost concern. It's 2025!
