The office staff is so nice. I met with the NP, Yesenia. Unfortunately there were several instances were I had to clarify information to her. Both times I saw her, she never examined me...didn't touch me at all. Would been ideal to perform a thorough examination; listening to heart, lungs, etc. But that never happened. My test results were not good. I wasn't provided any follow up or recommendations on how to take care of myself with this new diagnosis. Thankfully I asked for copies of tests and got a second opinion. I'm much further ahead in my journey of understanding with this new diagnosis. I truly could of died if I didn't get the other option and learn the precautions.
Very happy with my dr. Very through all tests done there. Awesome care and very nice and very knowledgeable
Very comfortable office. Staff was friendly, efficient. Dr. was very Professional. He was easy to talk with and easy to understand. My husband said on the way home, “ I like him!”. Which he does not voice that very often.
While yes, they did test me to find out why I have tachycardia, when the typical tests came back normal, they didn't even want to communicate that with me. The Dr wanted to rush right out of the room the moment he came in. Additionally, although I'm still tachycardic, and the meds they have me on drop my blood pressure too low, the only solution offered was go off your diabetes meds... Huh? Anyway, still don't know why I have all these symptoms. Also, they did not perform a physical exam in the initial appointment but said they did in the appointment notes. Typical Dr crap ..
Horrible all around. Just had my leg ultrasounds done and the office lady decided to Open the Door and come in to give the US tech a sticky note about an add-on patient- WHILE I had my pants down. And though my groin was covered I was still exposed. It wasn’t an emergency- it didn’t need done RIGHT THEN, but I guess they don’t care about patient privacy. It was very unsettling and intrusive. And there was ZERO REASON it couldn’t wait until he was done with my exam. They also gave me NOTHING to clean up with- so my groin and legs were covered with slimy goo- and there wasn’t any wipes or even a paper towel given to me to clean myself up with. Such a gross feeling to have to put on pants and walk around like that- but at least I was wearing pants and not a skirt or shorts! They also Blindside you with HUGE bills. My appointments were a month out- but they waited until the DAY BEFORE to tell me that it was going to cost nearly a Thousand Dollars out of pocket, and that at least half was due at the time of my appt. So no time to make plans for a Huge Bill- just WHAM even though they had a month to warn me. And then when I tried to figure out why I was being charged tier two prices for a tier one provider (all per my insurance, and the person I talked to on the phone with insurance, and the person at my husband’s work who handles the insurance) and there was a lot of Huffing and rudeness. The MAs are nice- and so are the US and Nuke Med techs- but the experience as a whole has been really really bad.
