Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 5:37 AMI missed my first appointment and they wouldn’t allow me to reschedule. It is my fault, I had sick kids and it slipped my mind, but there were absolutely no reminders from the office, as are usually provided via MyChart. No automated call, no message. No compassion from admin. Took me 7 months to find an Obgyn. First doctors’ office I’ve ever encountered with no reminders, especially when appointments are booked months in advance!
